16.01.2022 We still have a number of soccer tops that need to be returned. Committee members will be waiting at the little school near canteen one last time between 8.30 and 8.50am this Thursday 15th October. Would be much appreciated if they could be returned.

16.01.2022 With our AGM to be held on this Saturday we say farewell and thanks to Mel and Leon Keating. Mel and Leon joined the committee in 2016. These two have shied away from the limelight choosing to do a lot of the behind the scenes work to ensure things run smoothly. Top distribution, collection and washing along with the logistical organisation of club trophy BBQ’s and gear organisation to name a few of the jobs they have done. Many a sausage has been turned and handed out over t...he past 5 seasons (officially as they had volunteered years before that to help out with the end of season BBQ). Both were very active members in meetings and played a big part in the new top design. We say thank you for your dedication to assist with making our club end of year events run smoothly and the hours of service you have provided each year. Cheers, Chris

16.01.2022 Thanks to everyone that supported the soccer club's BBQ on election day! It was a great way to kick off the year on a super sunny day. Just a reminder that the three under 7 teams will be trained by Showtime Soccer this Tuesday after school. So chat to your coaches if you are changing training days this week.

14.01.2022 Morning all. Two things. Follow Eastern Region Junior Soccer Association which is a great source of information. The rosters are found in the Sporting Pulse App. ... Make sure you find the right team. Especially in under 6 as there are 3 pools for them so for example under 6 MBJSC blue is not necessary in the U6 Blue Eastern Region pool. If that makes sense. Saturday 12th December 2020 The Montagu Bay Junior Soccer Club Committee has organised a Bunnings Sausage Sizzle to be held at Mornington Bunnings on Saturday 12th December from 10am to 4pm. Due to Covid regulations we are required to have 5 people at all times during the day. We are raising money to buy new balls for next season. I think you could all agree this is much needed. Please if you could spare a few hours to help us out that would be fantastic. Please leave your name in the comments and we will be in touch to organise a roster.

05.01.2022 We hope you all enjoy your last game of soccer for the season this Saturday. I hope the weather man has it right, a sunny 20 degrees. We will need to get your soccer tops back from you and return your cash deposits. The soccer committee will be available to collect tops on Tuesday 22nd and Thursday 24th September from 2.45 pm until 3.30 pm at the foreshore park just near school. Please message if you have any trouble in making either of these dates.

03.01.2022 Each weekend we have a number of wonderful businesses support us, this year we have: Lil Blu Coffee Van at Edgeworth The Coffee Guy Australia at Geilston B...ay The Retro Bean at Bayview College And just new, Bangers & Sangas to join us at Geilston Bay. Please support their businesses and thank them for coming along! While we think they are all wonderful, a special shout out goes to Lil Blu Coffee Van for also opening up the car park, change rooms and putting out our sanitiser stands. Then doing it all again in reverse at the end of the day, come rain, hail or shine. Thank you so much, your support is greatly appreciated! We are still looking for a business to support us as Cambridge Old and New on a Saturday (particularly coffee), where we have quite a number of games played. Also for Friday night. While there are only 2 games played on a Friday night, our parents love hot drinks and the kids a pie or 2 being so close to dinner time. If you can help, please private message us.

01.01.2022 Less than 2 weeks until the Bunnings Mornington Sausage sizzle on Saturday 12th December. This is to raise money for some much needed new soccer equipment for next year. Due to nobody volunteering to help out it has meant some of the soccer committee members having to spend the whole day at Bunnings. It would be really appreciated if anybody could donate 2 hours of their time to help us out . Please comment if you can assist. Thanks MBJS committee.
