19.01.2022 Welcome back to all students for 2020 and, in particular, all those wide-eyed Year 7s. We hope you enjoy the next six years at Monty!

09.01.2022 Great news from the latest Montmorency Secondary College newsletter: "...I am very pleased to report that our 2017 Year 12 students had an excellent year of academic achievement whereby 94% achieved an offer in the first round of preferences at University or TAFE. Our Median VCE score was 29 and 30% of our Year 12 students who were eligible for an ATAR were in the top 30% of study scores in the state, 6% of our students achieving an ATAR in the 90’s. Each year our VCE results... inform a Government School Ranking and this is taken very seriously by government, The Department of Education and Training, the Region and the media. Now, after our results in 2017 and out of over 300 Government Secondary Schools who offer VCE to students, we have been ranked at Secondary School number 61. An impressive aspect of this ranking is that 5.9% of our Year 12 students in 2017 achieved study scores of 40 plus. Also, one of our students in English achieved a perfect score of 50. We know that a six year journey of learning and teaching takes place to achieve these special results and I congratulate our Year 12 students of 2017 and their teachers for this excellent set of results..."
