25.01.2022 HAMMONDVILLE CONVERSION Wrapped up our Hammondville garage conversion at the start of last week, this transformation is really something that will keep our clients talking for years to come! 16.01.2022 Glebe Heritage Renovation Last week we completed stage one of our Glebe renovation. Starting with a full strip and redo of the subframe and subfloor area throughout the entire house. The original subfloor was all hardwood joists and bearers with a dungeon area hidden beneath the subfloor.... We can’t wait for the next stage to come with a complete Blackbutt secret nailed floor throughout, and wide board heritage style Skirting, to match the original of the house. Really excited to see this home be restored to its original quality and stand hundreds more years to come! I can say with full confidence We were stoked, by comparison to air I’d choose this every time! Although bang for buck is a touch more expensive on the fixings, you can’t beat the no air hose life! 08.01.2022 Another beautiful little project, completed on Monday with a one day turnaround on this little Merbau Deck Extension with boardwalk - including a lift out hatch panel for access to the stormwater/sua drain. (Let us know if you can spot the hatch ) The client wanted to remove some of the unused Lawns space in the yard and increase their current entertaining area! One of the biggest downsides to some of the newer Estates is that often, the backyard have a visible sewer pit o...r stormwater drainage access point. 06.01.2022 First wrapup for the week! Just completed one of our projects in Springfarm, a new build home with an alfresco area that Just didn’t cut it. The client was after more space, plenty of light and an amazing space to entertain, without breaking the bank.... This low cost project with premium 138 x 22 treated pine decking from our legends @dahlsens_nsw finished in a merbau stain, you can’t argue with this for an alternative option. As always, @no1roofing providing us with nothing but the best from our favourites @lysaght_au and @spanmor_ We are sure the clients are looking forward to enjoying this space for years to come. 05.01.2022 RUSE FLATDEK Our monster FlatDek Pergola completed at the end of last week for our return client Daniel. Some of you may recognise the @iti_aus Fortress handrail system that we completed some time ago underneath, still looking brand new!... This nearly 40m2 out door area, needed a solution to overcome the houses custom gutter. Thanks to the legends @eastside_aluminium we were easily able to overcome this, with custom steel mounting brackets extending above and over the gutter line. @no1roofing providing us with all the best products and service you see here!
