Our donation partner GLOW, run a small social enterprise called You Glow Girl, who produce these sweatshirts for Moody in their Belfast studio. We get a lot of 'by the way i'm so unfit' comments when people join, as if they're supposed to be super fit! It’s normal to compare themselves to others but it's important we let each individual know ...that we all feel self conscious or incapable sometimes but the 'showing up' and getting it done is the only way to get on track and keep you consistent Advice you would give to someone who is struggling to find time to exercise? Look at your schedule on a Sunday for the week ahead, find half an hour- 1 hour each day that you can commit to moving. It may mean you have to wake up earlier or skip your evening sofa surfing sesh to get to a class but i guarantee the feeling you get afterwards will make up for it How do you look after your own mental health? When i'm feeling stressed or uptight it's normally linked to the amount of movement i've gotten that week.
