25.01.2022 Don't forget our Reds AGM is tomorrow night 6pm, Wed 25 Nov, in the functions room at Club Mooloolaba. We are very fortunate to have a number of executives renominating for next year but there are a few vacancies to fill (namely Treasurer and Vice President) as well as a number of committee roles. Please come along, have your say and join in the fun!

25.01.2022 Congrats to our three Reds players - Zoe Robinson, Millie Pearson and Scarlet Dyer who today took out the AFLQ Schools Cup as part of the Mooloolaba State School team at Fishermen's Rd! Special mention must go to Millie who backed this up with two games of netball in the afternoon, filling in for Rockets who were a player down and then in Warriors who had a big win over Chancellor, 15-5. According to coach Cil, the Warriors "played so well, did everything they were meant to, like they practiced at training, and Millie was just amazing - she was in all the right places at the right time. She didn't display any tiredness - just wanted to get on with the job." Amazing effort girls, and a great day for ball sports at Mooloolaba!

25.01.2022 Win our Reds Raffle prize of a 2 night stay in a 2 bed oceanfront apartment at the Peninsula Beachfront Resort Mooloolaba and you could be waking up to this view! Thank you to Scott and the team at Peninsula Resort Mooloolaba for your generous support of the Reds each year.

24.01.2022 Wear your beanie during this weekend’s round, bring a gold coin donation, and help support Brain Cancer research.

23.01.2022 We are still searching for a new Treasurer to join our executive team this season - could it be you? This is not a time consuming role but it is an important one. If you'd like more details or to have a chat about what might be involved, please message us here or email [email protected]. And you'd get to work with a pretty great executive team (if we do say so ourselves) which this year includes: PRESIDENT Jo Pitcher VICE PRESIDENT Julie Bell SECRETARY Tegan Pearson RE...GISTRAR Sara Heykamp We'd be delighted to have you on board

22.01.2022 Last game photo for the Vipers this season! The girls had a fantastic game yesterday despite coming away with a loss, 15-12. They dug deep and held strong against a physical and very tall team - the girls made good decisions, hard passes, and were driving forward and finding space. A great season all round for Kez and her Vipers.

22.01.2022 See you all tomorrow at our club break up! Rain, hail or shine we will all meet at CLUB MOOLOOLABA, (Brisbane Rd and Kapala St), at MIDDAY. There are some showers forecast for the morning but if it's too wet to hold our presentations in the garden bar and outdoor greens, we can all be accommodated together in the functions room and covered deck. Don't forget to bring your uniforms to return. We look forward to celebrating the season with you!

21.01.2022 This will be a fun way to kick start the school holidays with a different ball sport! Organised by Qld Cricket and designed to get more girls interested in the game, this free event for 5-12 year olds will be all about fun, colour and cricket activities. Register via this link or use the QR code https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/79583KZ

21.01.2022 Another big THANK YOU to our wonderful volunteers and tireless committee (Tammy, Brian, Rach, Jase and Brad) for our second BBQ/ground marshalling gig on Sat. Thanks also to our families for their home bake that was snapped up - special mention to Greta, Fliss, Tara, Sienna and Ivy for their incredible creations. A shout out to Bakers Delight Mooloolaba and Fresh Meats for their generous support of our sausage sizzle - please support these businesses who support us.

19.01.2022 Dynamites had a great last round on Saturday and dominated all the way through their Net Set Go Green game. These girls have come so far in their first season and we can’t wait to see where their netball takes them. Pizzas and medals were clearly well received at the NSG break up! Our thanks to Marina and Benita for all their dedicated coaching and support throughout the year.

17.01.2022 Warriors did us proud today in their Div 17 Grand Final against Mountain Creek. We went goal for goal throughout the game and officials were preparing for extra time only to go down by one goal in the dying minutes. The girls have come so far this season under Cil’s seasoned coaching and are to be commended for their grit and sportsmanship today, even forming a player’s tunnel for the winners as they collected their medals. Congratulations to all players, families, Cil and Kylie!

16.01.2022 Sunday sesh and seafood! Don’t forget to support those businesses who support our club.

15.01.2022 Happy times at this year’s SCNA Club Carnival! And congrats to Natalie Nicholl who won a signed Lightning merch hamper, one of two raffle prizes that our lucky exec team won at the carnival and shared with a carnival player drawn out of a hat.

13.01.2022 Brilliant barefoot bowls break up last Sunday at Club Mooloolaba. Thanks for a great season with the Reds everyone!

11.01.2022 Happy New Year to our Reds family and friends! The team is busy working behind the scenes to bring you our 2021 season and registrations will open shortly. Details and links will be posted here and also emailed to last year's registered players, and there will be a sign on afternoon once school resumes. Enjoy the rest of the holidays and look forward to seeing you on the court very soon!

08.01.2022 Get the date in your diaries and let's gather to celebrate our season of netball!

06.01.2022 The Rockets’ last game of the season was a scorcher in every sense - 29 degrees on the court and a convincing win over Grammar, 25-4. This left them third on the Div 12 ladder which would have put them in finals contention in any other year. Great effort girls and thanks to Cil and Pete for their dedication throughout this season to our super-charged Rockets

06.01.2022 Continuing the theme of last weekend's grand finals, please come along to support the MOOLOOLABA WARRIORS in their grand final against Mountain Creek THIS SATURDAY at 8:45am!! Due to some players from both teams being away at school camp the following week, the Div 17 grand final was brought forward to this weekend. Come along, wear red and cheer the girls on in their first grand final. GO WARRIORS!

06.01.2022 A powerful reminder from SCNA. We are so proud of all of our Reds umpires. Thank you to Charlize, Zara, Charlotte, Indie, Daisharna, and our beginners who help out our Green and Gold teams each week - Ava, Millie, Abby and Audrey.

05.01.2022 Catch some breezes (hopefully) with your specials this afternoon.

05.01.2022 Mooloolaba Opals only had six players this week, but they all worked extra hard as a team. There was some great passing in the circle with Peyton being our top goal scorer. Ava chased down every loose ball, Shayla and Sierra worked hard in defence with plenty of intercepts. Abby was kept busy being our only wing (WA) and Isla was player of the day working hard as Centre to make up the extra work of the WD as well. Great job Opals! A big thank you to Maria from Strikers for her umpire support all season. One more round of fixtures to go for all our teams and NSG break up this Saturday after your final game.

05.01.2022 Tis the season to get your seafood orders in with club sponsor, RayJays Fish and Chips Mooloolaba!
