Tanya has a passion for helping people get their pain under control. She has a particular interest in injury prevention and management, neck and jaw complaints and helping people get back to doing what they love. Tanya uses a range of soft tissue techniques including dry needling, cupping, deep tissue massage, joint mobilisation and trigger point therapy. She also has a strong belief in prescribing targeted stretching and exercise to get long term relief and results for her clients.
