Imagine how much a tree has seen in its life time. Imagine the connection a tree has with mother earth and all of her children. I wonder how much a tree has learnt from the stars and other galaxies. If you listen closely, if youre open enough, a tree will talk. You can hear its wise words. Make some time to sit down under a tree, connect and listen. Follow the energy of the tree down and ground yourself with her. Listen to all the other creatures she is connected with. 22.01.2022 Soaking up some ocean energy seems to be my weekly ritual now after going to Pregnancy Yoga classes @safetybay_yogacentre. The calming & rhythmic nature of the ocean reinforces the relaxation, strength & positivity I absorb during yoga, it settles the energies in, rather than going back into the busy world I like to take more time out for myself & my bubba.

21.01.2022 I have come across so many closed minded people today so my message for today is this ~ You can find yourself in a different situation than what youre used to, things can change in your life, things do change. Remember to always treat people how you would want to be treated. Imagine if you were in a horrible situation and you were met with a judgemental & opinionated person telling you what they think? Wouldnt you rather a loving & understanding person to talk to? Its really easy, you can choose what you think and how you react. Choose an open mind and an open heart.

03.01.2022 The miracle of growing a baby. Not only the physical aspect but the spiritual side to producing another life. A few weeks ago now in meditation I came across some different guides. I thought, ok thats unusual, why are they here for me? They appeared clearly and were introducing themselves. They felt very familiar, like I had known them, yet I had no memory of meeting them before. I thought to myself, what is going on right now? Ok ground & listen. Then I realised they were ...my babies guides! How amazing that they would appear to me, I felt so grateful and honoured! I had thought about them before and wondered but I did not expect for that to happen in a million years!
