21.01.2022 The very nature of tennis sees players distanced from one another, allowing the sport to play an important role during the COVID-19 pandemic. As more people vi...sit tennis courts around the state, it is important that we continue to follow strict hygiene, social distancing and density regulations to ensure the safety of our South Australian community. We must keep working together to stop the spread. #covid19 #covid #stopthespread Corey Wingard | Prospect Tennis Club | TK Tennis Coaching | Sport SA | Bright Eye Films | Tennis Australia

14.01.2022 IMPORTANT MESSAGE You must check in with the COVID SAfe check-in app when using the tennis courts. The COVID SAfe Check-in is one of the most important tools we have in tracing potential spread of COVID-19.... SA Police have launched Operation 'Trace' using plain clothes police officers to ensure that people are checking in and providing their contact details when they enter a business or attend a public activity. To use COVID SAfe Check-In: Download the free mySA GOV app if you haven’t already Select the COVID SAfe Check-In tile at the bottom of the app’s homepage Scan the QR code on the courts entrance gate or on the shed door Follow the prompts to check in If you do not have a smart phone, a paper record will be available for you to provide your details in the shed. Thank you for your cooperation when using our facility

06.01.2022 Most businesses/activities allowed to reopen/recommence under Step 3 from Monday 29 June do not require a COVID Management Plan. Instead, they require a COVI...D Safe Plan (as per Step 2 and Step 2 Plus). The exception is large events of more than 1,000 persons, and events with both dancing and consumption of alcohol. [Activities that DO NOT need a new COVID Safe Plan] Businesses and defined public activities that have already completed a COVID-Safe Plan will automatically receive a new Plan outlining revised venue capacity (recalculated based on the room sizes originally supplied using the one person per two square metres rule), as well as revised obligations and/or recommendations. [Activities that DO need a new COVID Safe Plan] Businesses involved in a defined public activity re-opening for the first time will need to complete a COVID Safe Plan. Businesses that previously completed a COVID Safe Plan which intend to open additional spaces to patrons or extend the floor space of existing rooms will need to complete a new Plan containing the revised room sizes. E.g. pubs or clubs re-opening gaming rooms, wellness centres re-opening sauna, spa and/or bathing facilities, etc. [Businesses that need to create a COVID Management Plan] To have more than 1,000 people (excluding staff) on site at your business, venue, activity or gathering, you must complete a COVID Management Plan and have this Plan approved by SA Health. To have both dancing and consumption of alcohol facilitated at the premises, you must complete a COVID Management Plan. You can operate with only a COVID Safe Plan provided you do not meet either of these criteria. For example, limit patrons to under 1000, or do not facilitate dancing. When you are completing a COVID Safe Plan, you will be provided with the option to indicate that you would like to be contacted about the process for preparing a COVID Management Plan in future. For more information visit www.covid-19.sa.gov.au/recovery

05.01.2022 New Players welcome on practice nights.

05.01.2022 EVERYONE will need to CHECK IN when coming to the courts from today! To make this easier, please download the MY SA GOV APP and use this when arriving... at the courts. If you can’t download the APP you will be required to sign in manually. COVID SAfe Check-In will roll out from today, to enhance contact tracing and keep our community COVID safe. The mySA GOV app will host the COVID SAfe Check-In feature, which once opened, will allow you to scan a business’s QR code. The app securely collects limited personal information as you enter a business or venue. Your details will only be kept for 28 days and will only be released to SA Health for official contact tracing purposes. Download the free mySA GOV app Available now on Google Play Available on the App Store from Tuesday afternoon As Apple finalises it’s requirements, users are able to sign in manually until available on the App Store from Tuesday afternoon. If you have already downloaded the app make sure you have the latest version. More information is available at www.covid-19.sa.gov.au/business-and-work/covid-safe-check-in
