10.01.2022 Just to offer some re-assurance to our valued customers ... We are still open with 24 hour access available to the site. We request you continue to observe social distancing - we are restricting access to the office to a maximum of one (1) customer at a time and we would currently prefer contactless payments (including phone credit card processes or bank transfers). As we are a 24 hour, multi-user site with shared contact areas, we recommend that all customers consider... wearing rubber or disposable gloves and don’t forget your personal hand sanitiser. (We have signs on display around the site with some friendly reminders) Thanks to our Moor Room friends - we do miss seeing your happy faces and look forward to a return to normal conditions hopefully in the not-too-distant future. 09.01.2022 Hello to our Moor Room friends. As you are aware, Victoria is now operating under COVID 19 Stage 4 Restrictions. Moor Room Mornington will remain open - our aim is to minimise face-to-face contact as much as possible and respectfully ask that our customers refrain from coming to the office to make payments while Stage 4 restrictions are in force. (We can take payments over the phone, or you can transfer funds electronically via internet banking or make a deposit at any NA...B branch.) Access to the site will remain, but only for the provision of Essential Services such as: ** moving in or out of a storage unit; ** storers who need access to essential items for personal use (such as business records, medical equipment, bedding, clothing, appliances, etc.); ** purchase of cartons and packaging material required for use during lock-down - using our Click & Collect system. We will have a staff member on duty during business hours, and we are always happy to assist with your phone enquires or if you are in need of a chat ! If you wish to purchase packaging material, just call us on : 5977 1322 - to place your order, make payment and confirm a pick-up time.
