24.01.2022 Moorooduc Saddle Club is a small club consisting of Adults and children. Our club hold instruction rally’s on the 1st Thursday of the Month and the 3rd Sunday of the month and endeavour to have a Trail ride on the 1st Sunday of the month (sometimes from club grounds sometimes from an alternative location). Our members are pleasure riders, trail riders, and some competitive HRCAV riders. Support from our excellent instructors for those who wish to further their riding/horseman...ship as well as enjoy the company of like minded equestrians. Lesson groups are formed with riders of a similar ability as much as possible. More senior/experienced riders look out for and assist those with lesser experience. Lessons offered at rallies are generally Flat work, Poles and Jumping. We have a group of riders who are HRcav members (it’s not compulsory to join HRcav) and compete fairly regularly. It is a requirement to attend and ride at an initial trial rally before membership is offered. This trial rally is $50 and insures you for the day and also becomes the joining fee. Adult Membership is $170 per year including insurance, Juniors $90. Lessons at Rally’s are $20 adults, $10 Juniors. Lessons must be booked during the week before a rally (a reminder email is sent at the beginning of the week of a rally). In order for our club to run efficiently it is required that all Members provide 10x Hours of club service at club working bees/fundraising events through the year (hours are invoiced @ $10 per hour with membership fees if club service fees haven’t been for filled). Our club is run by a volunteer committee and need to support of members to run out great club. We ask that the horse you bring to club is not known to be dangerous, you must be able to control your horse at all times. We understand that horses are unpredictable however we must consider the safety of all members. No Stallions. Approved Helmets must always be worn when riding or Lunging/in hand work. All saddlery must be well fitting and deemed safe. See more

While Meagan will do everything in her power to care for him, they have a long road ahead, and could use all the help they can get. All proceeds will be donated directly to Meagan to aid in not only the current vet bills, but ongoing recovery expenses for Balthazar. **** Winner to be drawn on 31st January 2021.
