You feel guilty for wondering why motherhood doesn’t feel as satisfying as you thought it would. Oh Mama, we see you... when you sneak away to savor a moment of peace and quiet. when you’re up in the middle of the night nursing your baby back to health. when you’re desperate for a helping hand. when you wonder if you are equipped for motherhood. when all you want is to be a mama yourself. God sees you too. 2 Corinthians 12:9 promises us, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness. God’s power is at work in our weakness. His strength upholds us in our weakest moments. When we don’t think we can make it another day, survive another flu season or wait any longer to be a mom, God’s strength enables us to move forward. Mama, with God, you can face another day. How has God’s strength upheld you in this motherhood journey? We are cheering you on, mama!
16.01.2022 Hi All. I just want to mention some important dates. August 22 we have a panel of couples for Q&A on perspectives on marriage. Mark your calendars and invite your friends because on September 5th we have Patricia Berendsen a psychotherapist from London Canada who specialises in trauma and somatic therapy. She will be coming to speak to us on emotional regulation amongst other topics. Looking forward to seeing you, it’s a great opportunity to introduce friends and other moms to MOPS so invite, invite, invite!!!! :)
