22.01.2022 This is an interesting project that is just commencing construction. A modern addition to a traditional home that is being used for an office by Mark Rando. The build is being carried out by Greg of White Building Co a great builder I've dealt with for many years.

13.01.2022 This is the latest 3D marketing image I have done for a regular client. This is a good option to have available when trying to sell a house off plan. This one is for sale and is in Busselton. 13.01.2022 This is the newest addition to the projects page of my website. Completed a couple of years ago, this is an amazing project for a builder's private home. It was great to work with someone who had such a great design vision and trusted me to bring the ideas together into a a cohesive 3D model and then an extremely detailed set of drawings to enable it to be built without drama. Projects like this can't be built without really careful structural design and super detailed but clear drawings. 12.01.2022 On the "drawing board" at the moment. A lovely medium size rural home with a 'skillion' roof, raking ceilings, and a simple rectangular plan form in two modules. The walls are brick and rammed limestone with some feature cladding to set it off. A great project for this owner builder to get stuck in to.

12.01.2022 Modern lightweight cladding's have been a favourite of mine for some time to add some stylish feature walls to a brick home or even to clad an entire home. The below image is of an undercroft home I designed that incorporates a classic Linea cladding with a modern Matrix cladding, both Scyon products. There are quite a few good cladding options available now but Scyon is one of the better ranges available. Whatever project you are planning it is worthwhile looking at some of the options available now. A well placed feature wall can turn an average facade into an interesting one for minimal cost. http://scyon.com.au/products

10.01.2022 This is a great Canal home in the Busselton area that I designed. It was completed last year and I recently did the photo shoot. An angled cantilevered roof over the alfresco area is the main feature which allows great views and useability.

10.01.2022 A good news story for home design in a developing country. It goes to show that homes built to withstand local extreme weather or seismic conditions need not be expensive.
