25.01.2022 MTFNC are very excited to announce the recruitment of Tom Durward to the Hoppers for season 2021! Tommy is well known in the local area as an elite footballer playing most of his footy at half back. Tommy has some unfinished business with the Hoppers, after first joining us back in 2012 from Tatura FNC. Tommy has since played in both GVFL and KDFL Premierships! We are stoked to finally get Tommy back to the club, and many boys on our list are excited to be playing with Tommy again. 19.01.2022 MTFNC are very excited to announce the recruitment of Jordan McGregor to the Hoppers for season 2021! Jordy is an elite running midfielder, who joins us from Shepparton Bears FNC where he played on a wing in the 2018 Senior premiership side. Jordy grew up in Toolamba and spent some time under current senior coach Nick Iorianni at Tatura FNC. We are stoked to have Jordy on board and look forward to seeing him run a muck in the KDFNL. Go Hoppers!

17.01.2022 MTFNC are very excited to announce the long awaited recruitment of Johnny Barnard to the hoppers for 2021! Johnny spent his younger years in Murch, his father playing 200 senior games for our club. Johnny has come across from Rupertswood FNC, where he played in their 2019 premiership. Johnny has also played at strathmore in the premier division of the EDFL. You will see Johnny as a workhorse playing through the ruck in 2021 but can also swing forward or back when required! Welcome on board big Barn!

Leighroy joins his best mate John Barnard, coming from the 2019 premiership side at Rupertswood. Leighroy has also spent seasons with Strathmore in the premier division of the EDFL. 11.01.2022 2021 looks exciting with a lot of our list going again. Today we announce the exciting return of the Cecchin brothers, loyal servants to our club on and off the field. Luke coming off a 2019 best and fairest season. Jimmy and Klay came to us in 2020 and have shown great promise as midfeilders and are excited to finally pull on the Hoppers jumper! Xavier Dwyer put in a huge 2020 pre season, and will be looking to make an impact like all Dwyer’s at our club have. We are stoked for all of these players to be here and look forward to season 2021!

01.01.2022 On the verge of Doug Nicholls Round, we at MTFNC would like to share how proud we are of our indigenous players, supporters and committee members. Right from the top we have Dave Murray and Tracy Jackson leading the way with the football and netball departments. These two superstars have been instrumental over the journey to ensure our club is in the healthy position it now enjoys. We’d dearly love to be wearing our indigenous designs in a match tomorrow.
