25.01.2022 We had our club competition on Saturday, it was a successful turn out! We had 25 people compete, and all taking home club medals. Thank you to all the parents who help support the kids on the day. Thank you to Sensei paul and Sensei Angelo for taking the time to help referring and a special thank you to Sensei Jeremy for explain to the students and parents and for co- ordinating the event. Looking forward to seeing you all at SKIA Victorian championships on September the 10th

24.01.2022 What a great Week we had on the Sunshine Coast where the 2018 Shotokan Karate National Championships where held. The Queenslanders put on a Awesome event with a fantastic turn out with just over 200 attendees from all over Australia. Brilliant Seminar with The Chief instructors Murakami and Kanazawa. Always an Honour to be apart of Shotokan week. ... The Seminar followed with our National Karate Championships, where Victoria did very well. 3 students from Moreland Dojo competed at the National Championships and i am very pleased to say All taking home the Gold in the Kumite/sparring Divisions. Well done! Great work, keep training. Thanks Queensland for a great Event!! OSS!!

15.01.2022 Today Moreland Shotokan Karate hosted its Club competition! It was a wonderful turn out! We had 28 students compete. Thank you to all the parents who came and supported their kids and the club today. A special thank you to our guest senseis. Sensei Peter Foulsum, Sensei Paul Dainty, Sensei George and Sempei Luke Christopolous and in particular Sensei Jeremy for taking the time to assist our club in making this a great event. Could not have achieved this with out guys. Cong...ratulations to all the students who took home medals today, and for those who didnt there is always next year and keep training hard. 01.01.2022 On Sunday 6th May, 3 students from Moreland Dojo competed at the Kobe Osaka AKF tournament and Im pleased to say that all 3 won their respective divisions. Overall fantastic result for the club considering its their first AKF competition..feeling proud and honoured.
