06.01.2022 Someone got paid to do this and believe it was acceptable. This property is only 10 years old with lots of short cuts on execution of the finished product. Top left the flashing is incomplete and you can see the timber frame behind, top right is at the front entry when air conditioning was installed, bottom left is another power cable installed in the guttering &... bottom right is another incomplete flashing.
