That’s because our therapists are rostered specifically around the bookings they have. They are well-paid so that we can keep the very best therapists on staff for years to come, so you get consistent care from experienced people. To keep this viable, we need to ensure their hours are booked. This is why moving forward all new clients we will take a $50 depos...it to secure your time. This way if you find yourself unable to come, your therapist still gets paid & it’s not the end of the world. The deposit is used for this, and a new one is required to secure a new time. // Exisiting clients will be charged a cancellation fee if appointments are cancelled with less than 24hours notification. We use Timely booking and appointment system, (it is not complicated and easy to pick up). Answering phone calls, maintaining a covid safe clinic in regards to hygiene and sanitation and a number of other daily tasks will also be part of the role. Taking payments and re-booking clients. An understanding of products is not necessary, but we can provide training in the future if the successful applicant is keen to learn.
