12.01.2022 ******************************************************************************** Mornington Motors is looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, Qualified Automotive Technician to perform mechanical tests, diagnosis, repairs, service and care of our Customers' vehicles. Working in a small team, you will be able to work autonomously however you will have an Automotive Technician Supervisor who can assist when required.... Your hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am 5.00pm. You must have: Certificate 3 in Automotive Light Vehicle Mechanic. A Manual Drivers Licence. Your own Tools. An honest and reliable work ethic. Experience in providing guidance to apprentice technicians. Competencies in test driving and conducting final assessments prior to the delivery or return of vehicles to customers. Clear English communication skills - written and verbal. Experience in testing, diagnosing and repairs of mechanical parts of vehicles such as engine, transmission and suspension systems. Your written work references. The ability to be able to start Immediately. Previous experience working in a small team environment is preferred however this is not a requirement. The right person will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, energetic environment, focused on achieving exceptional outcomes. The successful candidate will be offered an initial 3 month probation period and be paid above the Award rate. After the probation period you will become a Full Time Permanent Employee with all the normal benefits.
