25.01.2022 Hi everyone, I am getting back in the swing of things now the new year has kicked off. I have an aversion to touching the computer, phone or ipad (particularly after the normal work hours), so making myself sit down and connect online takes a concerted effort. I would much rather connect with people in person, and plan to do that whenever and wherever possible. ... Those of you who are on this facebook page "Morpheous Coaching" have been invited by me. This is the next best thing to connecting in person at this stage. There are a number of groups linked to this facebook page. I have created the current groups and will create future groups depending on needs and interests of members. I am keeping the groups closed and you will need to request access to join...some more than others as privacy is respected. The current groups are: Isagenix Coaching Group Abuse surThrivers Empowered Women (hyperlinks will be sorted later) As I have grown over my working and personal life, I realise that change is constant and technology is exacerbating the speed of change. So, I am not apologising, but letting you know that my face book page, website (when I get to it) may not be perfect. I am learning as I go, and I have NEVER been a perfectionist anyway! If you would like to connect with me or join any of the groups, to find out more just message me directly and I will add you in. Tomorrow, I will be contacting those who are ready to kick start their health in 2020 through the Isagenix Coaching Group. You don't need to be using Isagenix or even want to use it in the future. If you are interested in improving your health and well being that is all that matters and you are welcome to come on board. Cheers Sonia

14.01.2022 #Normal What does it cost to 'fit in' and be accepted by society? We all experience it at times in our lives. Age is no barrier, but hopefully makes us a bit wiser. I am so proud to have my daughter shining a light on young women fighting for agency! #IAmEnough
