25.01.2022 We warmly welcome Graham Reed to the MCCSA. Graham's recent purchase is a 1946 Morris 8 2door sedan, that I'm sure you'll agree, drives beautifully #Morriscar

25.01.2022 SUPPLIED - Tracey Jane asks.... Hi, Can I please ask all MCCSA members of the club if anyone has a SIDEVALVE rear brake drum in good condition with good bolt threads for sale for a 1952/54 Morris Minor. Thank you.

25.01.2022 SOLD Regretful SALE. I repeat a Regretful SALE. I recently read that someone was selling their one of a kind Morris Minor that was fetching quite a significant sum. What we have here is truly a one of a kind 1952 High Light Side valve Morris Minor still on the road today. This car has had the same owner for over 4 decades of its life and has been treated like a member of the family. No expense has been spared to ensure that this car was kept in immaculate condition. I seriou...sly doubt that you'll find another example of this 2 door minor so beautifully loved and cared for. Make no mistake, this is a regretful sale and while the car must be sold, the owner, a long time MCCSA member knows it true value and is keen to ensure that it goes to a home that will value and appreciate the car and everything that it gives in return. The first to see will buy this classic piece of automotive history. $7,500.00 Phone Bob on 0417 826 009 See more

19.01.2022 A very warm welcome to our latest MCCSA member Richard Barnes and his beautiful 1950 Low Light Side Valve, as it almost came off the production line, so many years ago. I'm thinking that's the fourth new member in as many weeks with a side valve engine...They're taking over the world!

14.01.2022 Morris Car Club of SA Christmas Lunch While our regular past Christmas lunches have been held at our club rooms over the years, the current covid situation has meant that your committee has needed to look outside the square to ensure that we locate a suitable alternative. We believe that we have done just that. The Morris Car Club of SA’s 2020 Christmas lunch will be held on Sunday 13th December at the Charleston Hotel Charleston in the Adelaide Hills. We have booked out t...he entire Beer Garden so we’ve put in a pre-requisite for a beautiful warm summer’s afternoon. Our day is planned as such that we will all meet at Hindmarsh Square in the city at 10.15am with a planned departure time of 10.45am, arriving into Charleston around 11.45am. There’s plenty of parking, in fact located across the road from the hotel is a delightful old Petrol station that would provide the perfect back drop for some wonderful photos, but more on that as the date draws near. In the meantime, we need to know numbers of those planning to attend. This will assist us greatly in ensuring that we can accommodate every one. Therefore, please call Mark Gauci on 0418 266 922 to confirm your Booking(s)

02.01.2022 IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our next Club meeting to be held at the CCC Club rooms Glandore on Wednesday 18 November has been rescheduled to take place on our Car Club run to Strathalbyn, taking place this Sunday morning 22 November 2020

01.01.2022 It’s been a while since we had a post in regards to our club project car Thora but this warm weather inspired club President Patrick to remove the canvas cover that had adorned Thora since 2003 and gave her a very first wash and vacuum in 17 years. I think that the results speak for themselves.

01.01.2022 So, following a huge day out on the road with the car club, participating in the Copper Triangle run, which I might add was brilliant...We are sitting in our cabin at Port Hughes watching South Aussie with Cossie, when suddenly this story about the Bay to Birwood comes on and you won't believe who is included in their story!

01.01.2022 What a great morning shared with members of our club earlier today, with work progressing well on our Thora the Morris Minor project. Today, it was Brakes and Engine work. An update on our progress will be shared with club members at our Next club meeting on May 19 at the Glandore club rooms. Looking forward to seeing you all there.
