15.01.2022 Dental Health week 3-9th August 2020 We highly recommend using a soft bristled toothbrush with a small head and a flexible neck. As this is very effective in removing plaque and debris from your teeth. ... Try to replace your toothbrush at the first sign of wear and tear or every three months, whichever comes first. And if you have been unwell, replace your toothbrush so you don't get reinfected by the germs in the bristle. Flossing should be an integral part of your dental health routine along with brushing. Flossing once a day, either in the morning or night. Regular routine dental visits every 6 to 12 months are recommended. We welcome new and existing patients to meet our lovely, professional team.
