20.01.2022 Today we celebrated Western Australian Powerchair Football Association - WAPFA’s win in 9 News & Bankwest’s Best of the West Competition. Loftus and Belgravia L...eisure WA’s Access & Inclusion Coordinator, Jess Godwin nominated WAPFA as she knew the funds would be used to purchase a new powerchair, enabling someone else with a disability to become a part of a team in this growing sport. People don’t often realise that Participation and Inclusion are two different things. Participation is being invited to the Ball, Inclusion is being asked to Dance. Here at Loftus, we are simply asking people to dance with us Jess said. Loftus is the home of WAPFA and you can see them in action most Wednesday’s and in their Sunday Competition at 11:30am.
