Barwon Health ED have embarked on a virtual walking holiday from Port Douglas to Hobart, with a daily collective goal of walking 10,000 steps, and having a bit of fun along the way. Were proud to have donated a top prize to this weeks lucky winner - a virtual Spanish cooking class with gourmet groceries delivered to their door!

23.01.2022 Our Greek cooking class on Saturday was so much fun! @meni.valle taught us how to make tzatziki, soufico (baked vegies) and simple baklava. As always, I was too busy eating to take a photo of the finished dishes, but did get the baklava - glorious! Almost 70% of travellers cant wait to start exploring Australia for now, with the majority keen to visit Queensland. Big road trips, active holidays and bucket list adventure trips within Australia are all proving popular for next year. 11.01.2022 I think the ultimate Aussie road trip has to be the drive from Kununurra to Broome, mostly along the Gibb River Road. Not for the faint hearted, this drive is mostly along un-sealed, pot-holed roads, with not too many facilities on hand if something goes wrong. Those with the spirit of adventure are rewarded with remote watering holes, pristine National Parks and fabulous outback station accommodation, like the famous El Questro Homestead (pictured).
