24.01.2022 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ABOUT AUSKICK 2020! Due to Council works at Allan Border Oval, Auskick will be held for at least the first half of the season at Middle Head Oval, at the earlier start time of 8am. Season start date is Sunday 26 April. Please spread the word! Early bird registration for Auskick is available until 14 Feb, after that the price goes up so get in quick!

18.01.2022 Auskick families: Allan Border Oval remains closed this weekend, so there will be no Auskick tomorrow. We don't play on the 14th for school holiday break, and please cross your fingers for some sunny weather so we can resume on 21 July. Enjoy your break.

12.01.2022 More good news! Junior matches and Auskick can both recommence from 17 July! The details of how this will work and fixtures etc are still being organized - so put it in your calendar for now and stay tuned for more updates over the coming weeks

09.01.2022 Footy season is almost over! But before you pack away the red and the white, 5 Willoughby Mosman Swans teams have made the grand final this year - to be played tomorrow Sunday 1 September. We would love people to get out there and support our teams. There are 4 games on at Macquarie University: U14-3 11am Northern Oval U15-3 12.30pm Northern Oval U17-3 2.30pm University Oval U17-1 4pm University Oval... 08.01.2022 Congratulations to Mosman Swans premiership champion Isadora McLeay who today played her 150th club game. First young lady to post 100 games and now first to 150! Its been a wonderful career to date and she is still only 15 years young! A favourite daughter, loved for her tireless contribution to the life of the club, tenacious hard work and athleticism. Congratulations!

06.01.2022 Academy Skills Challenge - 100 Touch Challenge DRILLS AND SKILLS TO DO AT HOME We believe its important players try to stay as active as possible while Academy and Club football training and competition are suspended across New South Wales.... The training activities, which are suitable for all age groups and fitness levels, can be done individually or with a family member, and they dont require any equipment apart from a football. https://www.facebook.com/QBESydneySwansAcademy/videos/1122598608075380/

03.01.2022 The GOOD news: We are able to return to small group training! There are protocols in place as to how this is managed - including groups no bigger than 10 and only 3 groups per oval - please look out for communication from your age group manager about training for your team. The BAD news: unfortunately this does not include Auskick - we are hoping that Auskick can get underway in later phases of the staged return to community sport, fingers crossed. Please follow the AFL and our page to keep updated.

We are holding two parent information sessions soon - please attend either 22nd or 29th March 9am-10am at Middle Head Oval, the AFL will be on deck to teach us all about the drills we will be running in 2020 - at least one parent of each child needs to attend one session. 02.01.2022 Please see below message from the AFL regarding NSW Health advice about community sport. At this stage we do not expect significant changes to our season, the main point is about not traveling between regions - in general, we play within our region, but please stay tuned for further updates. And please remember to abide by the existing plans in place to protect our community.

02.01.2022 Annabel Thorley tribute - 100 games Tomorrow the Mosman Swans/Willoughby Mosman Swans will pay tribute to our second ever female centurion Annabel Thorley. Over six years Annabel has been a fixture in our girls program - 2014 Premiership player, 2015 runner-up and multiple state representative.... A young lady who has personified the best our code has to offer - determination, friendship and not taking life too seriously. Poised to graduate from school and junior footy Annabels record is rare in our competition and worthy of celebration. Congratulations Belsie, you are an amazing person! Well done!!
