18.01.2022 Thieves is one the best products that I have come across. It's amazing blend not only helps me meet the challenges of the day, but I also use it in my laundry, dishwashing, vegetable wash and foaming hand wash. The Thieves cleaner requires so little and yet cleans so well. Yes a guy can clean. Even oily oven tops and dirty windows. Just add one small capful with water in a 300ml glass bottle. A little Thieves goes a long way. The scent of cloves, the main ingredient, just fil...ls your senses. I was once on a visit to my aunt at a nursing home and was using Thieves. It filled the room everywhere I walked and the staff commented on the beautiful scent but could not make it out. I told them it was a Thieves blend. I diffuse Thieves often with Lemon and use Thieves topically. It's also great as a car spray or sanitising that shopping trolley handle. It's an amazing odour buster. I take the Thieves wellness blend with my other favourite NingXia Red or NXR every morning with tomato juice or a V8 Vegetable blend. Using Thieves on the base of my feet helps me get a better night's sleep. To get the full benefit of this amazing blend as with any oil, its important to use it daily and consistently. I have been using Thieves now for more than a year and simply love it. You would too. 15.01.2022 Isn't nature wonderful. Plants bless us with their beauty day in and day out every year as the seasons change. Last year this plant provided us with a bountiful harvest of delicious apples. Looks like we will have the same this year. All this with a little TLC. We should look and learn from nature and do the same to ourselves. Keeping ourselves well and healthy. Isn't that what God intended. Spiritually and faithfully. Why? So that we can share and live fruitful and bountiful lives for ourselves and for our loved one's. Like this plant we owe it to ourselves. Roots firmly grounded, fill ourselves with sunlight and nutrients from the soil with water to aid our growth. Every part of nature shares and gives so that we will have bountiful fruit.

01.01.2022 My favourites are Lavender, Patchouli and Rose. Lavender as its the swiss army knife of essential oils and you can use it for almost anything. To aid sleep, cuts, skincare or simply as an essential oil that just feels great to put on. Really helps my mood on any day. Patchouli which is great to diffuse and enlighten your senses and great for skin too. Rose, well I have a sister named Rose so why would I not love it. 01.01.2022 When your travelling its important to bring along certain other companions that make that journey safe and enjoyable. Last weekend we took a trip to Port Fairy (formally called Belfast because of the Irish community there) these three 100% pure essential oils that helped me manage some tiredness and kept me focussed on the road. I carried more essential oils of course. But Deep Relief roll-on helped me manage any aches and stiffness holding the steering wheel amongst other t...hings. Peppermint made sure it pushed the oils in and focussed and Lavender kept me calm and cool on the road. More importantly they kept me grounded and focussed for a long drive. Wore a drop of Lavender on my mask too when we went walkabout. Shared these oils with our fellow travellers too and they loved it.
