05.01.2022 I know how it feels! Are you struggling to get things done? Feeling a bit sleep deprived? Do you feel like its been forever since you spoke to another adult? Co...ntact me and together we can work on making your days a little easier. Being a new Mum, for most, isn't what it looks like in the movies! It can be lonely and a real struggle at times. For example sleep deprivation, colic, latching issues, having infections, post natal depression, incontinence, are some of reasons why us Mummy's could have a low mood. But we don't need to do this alone! My goal is to give support, assistance and encouragement to you. Don't struggle on your own, message me for a no obligation chat. I'm here to help
