24.01.2022 I'm very excited to announce that as of today I am 100% my own boss Don't forget to check out motifediting.com.au to learn more about what I do, and spread the word among your friends! And if you've got words that need wrangling or refining, hit me up! You might even get mates rates

18.01.2022 You might have noticed things have been a bit quiet over at Motif this year - but don't you worry! I've been busily planning and making arrangements to give Motif my all... and things are in motion. Stay tuned, friends... this just might be the calm before the storm

17.01.2022 Something I encounter more often than you might expect in my editorial adventures is casually offensive language - the use of words in a way that is likely to offend, even though the speaker/writer does not intend then that way. Casually offensive language (whether it be racist, ableist, sexist, colonial, ageist, homophobic, etc) can be even more damaging to vulnerable people and communities than intentionally offensive language. The best way to avoid it is to learn more about it!

06.01.2022 One thing I love about language is that it changes

06.01.2022 Happy bi visibility day! Motif is an aggressively queer-friendly space!! Send me your most bi stories and essays and manifestos! Let's get visible!
