Performance Bonus. **5** Extensive adminstative support staff for payments, bookings, invoicing and phone answering **6** Great working environment- clean and modern furnished space with electric lift tables **7** Ideal regular internal referrals from Sports Chiropractor and clinic referral program. **8** Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, caring and exceptional massage therapist to help people make great transformation in their health, motion and well-being. **9** Extended learning opportunities and professional development available. **ABOUT ROLE:** You will be proficient in two or more of the following: deep tissue remedial, sports, pregnancy and/or relaxation massage. * Complete health history, postural, stress and/or other related assessments * Provide flexibility programs using online software and in person instruction * Enter patient notes into electronic health record * Prescribe outcome and goal based care based on practice member needs and desires * Assist in washing and putting away sheets and re-stocking of massage supplies and other simple admin tasks. * Attendance to regular team meetings * Perform occasional reception duties including answering phones, appointment bookings and payments (when receptionist not available/scheduled). * Participate in our marketing campaigns and initiate your own marketing opportunities. **ABOUT YOU** Friendly and professional manner Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic nature and passion for the industry Continuous learner, open minded, work well in an integrated team environment. Independent and self-initiator, willing to network and self-promote your skills and services.
