Needing help with track prep/ rip track and remove rocks, Canteen and toilets tidy,... dump run/s, over all facility clean and help with finishing the track sprinklers. And for those who can’t make morning, come and help with afternoon track watering. For All WORKING BEE HELPERS, They will be the first to give the track a burn the following day for our WELCOME BACK PRACTICE!! So if you can help come along for this opportunity! This includes President, Vice President, secretary, treasurer, grants, track maintenance, canteen, general committee members. 2. The track will remain closed to all members until a committee is formed. 3. A second AGM will be held 6pm at the track on Friday 16 Oct.
