15.01.2022 Trail Runners - If you are thinking of taking to the bush for a run, please think again. Actually - let’s be blunt - just don’t do it! The fires that are currently burning all across the east coast are not like previous fires. They are travelling fast and with a ferocity never seen before. On top of this resources are thin, staff are tired and they can just do without anyone adding to their current headaches.... As a community we would encourage trail runners not to add to the current problems. Stay safe - pound the pavement for a bit!!

07.01.2022 The Hounslow Classic will be on the 7/8th October in 2017. The event will offer just 100 places in what has been labelled the "Toughest Ultra in Australia" by Ultra168. There will be a further 200 places only available in the 21.1km event. This event has sold out in its previous two runnings and foundation members will be offered first. Starting and finishing at the amazing Allview Escapes and skirting the wilderness of the Grose Valley, runners travel through the amazing Gra...nd Canyon, overlook Govetts Leap and make their way into and out of the Grose in what is an amazing experience in a sensitive and rugged location. Foundation members entry window - Tuesday 11 July - Friday 14th July. (From midday). Public entries will open at midday on Friday 14th July and are expected to sell out. We acknowledge the numerous enquiries about this event and Mountain Sports thanks you for your patience.
