21.01.2022 Unfortunately due to the inclement weather the Roulettes will NOT be coming through Mount Gambier Airport for fuel today. Sorry everyone... :(

18.01.2022 This BAe 146 charter flight dropped in for a visit this morning with a load of passengers having a stopover in Mount Gambier for a few hours. It's always great to see larger jets utilising our Airport.

17.01.2022 Some great news from the airport this morning :)

17.01.2022 Some shots from our C-27J Spartan visitor that dropped in to pick up some fire fighters for a deployment to Kangaroo Island. It was the first time that one of these aircraft have landed here. To the fire fighters who went to Kangaroo Island... good luck and stay safe :)

15.01.2022 Heads Up! It looks like we have one of the huge Erickson water bombing helicopters dropping in for fuel at approximately 3:30 pm TODAY. We are going to park it on the new heavy apron at the Northern end of the airport. Come on down and have a look!!

15.01.2022 Last week we had this rather unique visitor drop in. This Stinson Aircraft Company L-5B Sentinel was built in 1944 and is still flown regularly!

14.01.2022 Using the airport's new heavy apron in style...

14.01.2022 On Sunday the 24th of November, the Mount Gambier Aero Club celebrated the use of the new heavy apron for the first time. Notable aircraft that assembled for the day included a DH-84 Dragon, DH-82 Tiger Moth and a Stinson Sentinel.

12.01.2022 Heads up!! It looks like we have a RAAF Spartan C-27 landing here in about 30 minutes. No guarantees... but feel free to come down and have a look. It's the first time we have had a Spartan land here :)

10.01.2022 Regional Express VH-ZXS taking off, 11th December 2019.

06.01.2022 It's always great to see the massive Skycrane pass through Mount Gambier. Elsie was the first heavy aircraft to use the new heavy apron. Thanks to all those who came out for a look. :)

06.01.2022 Heads up! The Roulettes are supposed to be dropping through the airport for fuel tomorrow afternoon around 2 PM. They will be in the new PC-21's. Come down if you wish to have a look. If we hear that they have changed their plans, we'll let you know on here :)
