25.01.2022 The Kiosk will be closed on Saturday the 31st of October for a mini little renovation day. We will be re-opening in Sunday the 1st of November from 10am-3m On Monday November the 2nd we will be re-launching as the Mount Gambier Hospital Cafe. There will be a number of exciting specials and discounts on the day so keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook page over the next few days for even further announcements. ... We will also be staying open until 6:30pm each night. The idea of the name change is a simple one. It's about raising expectations. We want to raise your expectations of all areas of our business. Better food, better coffee, better service. Over the coming months you will see a change in the food we offer. (when corona restrictions ease.....)You will be able to enjoy a meal from our sit down al-la-carte menu with both breakfast and lunch available while our huge selection of grab and go options will still be available. We no longer want to be know as a great little shop in the hospital, we want to be known as a great cafe. Full stop. What's in a name? Pop in on Monday to see what we have been working on. 12.01.2022 We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, casual employee to join our team at the Mount Gambier Hospital Cafe. We are looking for someone who can work flexible hours 10 to 15+( option for more hours in the future). Our hours of trade are from 6am to 6.30pm so the successful applicant must be available to do an open shift and a close on a flexible roster. Coffee skills and back of house / food handling experience is preferred but not essential. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure, has good cash handling skills, work a flexible changing roster and most importantly can fit into our happy, bubbly team. All resumes In person and with a cover letter to Amanda Hudson, manager at the Mount Gambier Hospital Cafe. Applications close 30th of October.
