23.01.2022 With many of us working from home in 2020 (and some of us still plugging away in the home office), it is fair to say we’ve really missed our two wheeled daily commute. Which gives us even more reason to hop on the bike this National Ride2Work Day. Whether it is for the commute to work, a trip to the shops or to visit a mate bike riding is a great way to get from A to B. Don’t forget to swap the car for the bike on Wednesday 21 October and ride your bike to wherever!... #ride2workday #mounthospital See more

05.01.2022 Healthscope welcomes Virgin Airlines Crew! Virgin Airlines former crew are joining Healthscope in a range of non-clinical roles while flights are mostly grounded. We are welcoming these team members for their deep customer service experience and commitment to caring for others. Rebecca Rossberg is now Prosthetics Coordinator at Brisbane Private Hospital, after 14 years at Virgin starting as a flight attendant. I eventually became an airport control coordinator ensuring our o...perations ran smoothly from crews and catering to engineering and re-fuelling, she shares. The coordination and high level of detail required in prosthetics coordination is a great fit. It’s all about getting it right and running things smoothly, only now I do it to get it right for our stocking, billing, suppliers and our theatre teams, rather than in an airline and airport context. The universe was looking out for me when a family friend at Healthscope helped make the connections. See more
