24.01.2022 This is why Stretchtone students workout with their recordings which they have access to for a week and is included in the price of the class. Turn one $10 class into as many as you like for a week!

23.01.2022 After the final Stretchtone class in Harrison, Canberra. I’ve taught here for almost 8 years. Thank you to all the hundreds of students who have come to class, and those who have taken the leap of faith as we’ve moved to Zoom. We’ll be in transit to Ocean Grove next week, but classes will resume from our brand new studio overlooking the sea from Tuesday 29 September. If you’ve never done a class before, your first session is free! Farewell Canberra, you’ve been very good to me over the last 35 years.

23.01.2022 A refresher on the upper back movement we’re doing in our Zoom classes this week. Why not come and join us?

23.01.2022 We've recorded a video to show you how to open and set up a Zoom Stretchtone class from your ipad or iphone, and mirror to your TV if you want to. I hope this helps if you find the technology challenging. The best thing you can do is practice the camera set up of your device using your video function; the Zoom part is quite simple. Let me know if this helps!

22.01.2022 SOLD! Time to say farewell to an old friend. After 7 1/2 years of wonderful use, and loved by many (will even include my much loved protective skirting board booties courtesy of Sharee Harrild). We now use chairs in the room so that Zoom students are using the same equipment (also saves me time bringing out the barre). If you know of anyone who would like this, please let me know. Open to offers.

21.01.2022 Thank you to my lovely Stretchtone students who came to wish me adieu today in glorious end-of-winter sunshine. Thank you for your positivity, friendship, and kind words about the classes. The hilarious story behind the wine labels is that Deb found ones that were indicative of a journey through a typical Stretchtone class. I love the thought behind that! The 2016 vintage represents when Deb started. EDIT: I checked later and found out that Deb actually started in May 2014! I’ve loved teaching you all and who knows; I may come back for a workshop sometime. Until then, see you all on Zoom!

20.01.2022 Friday funny. Who wants to participate in a Stretchtone flashminimob before we leave Canberra?

20.01.2022 Live on the Bellarine? Now’s your chance to try Stretchtone at no cost.

15.01.2022 Here it is ... what I call Stretchtone. Join me for Zoom classes three times a week.

15.01.2022 Set up for Zoom classes with ring light, new TV, stand and EZtalk videoconferencing system. And our lovely beginner’s class yesterday.

14.01.2022 Never say I don't share useful stuff. This one's to get the brain and sense of humour moving. I'm Vivi La Brownie -- who are you?

13.01.2022 Stretchtone: Tone Up for Summer on Zoom | Return of Tuesday night classes & (cheaper) 10-class packages - https://mailchi.mp//stretchtone-tone-up-for-summer-on-zoom

13.01.2022 Exciting news for Ocean Grovers and Bellariners! Our exercise room will be ready in under two weeks, and I'll then be able to invite TWO students to come in and do classes in 'real time' with me while I'm also teaching on Zoom. On the days when I'm teaching, this will be my one visit for the day. You'll wear a mask as you come in and I'll have hand sanitiser available. The mats and equipment (chairs/half domes/belts) will be sanitised after each use. Masks don't have to be worn when it's not practical to do so, such as when exercising, so please bring a little ziplock bag to put your mask in and keep alongside your mat. We have storage for your bags, shoes etc (these will also be wiped after each use). Isn't this amazing timing! And your first class is FREE!

12.01.2022 Friday Freestyle: who wants to have a go at learning this over the weekend? Ok ... I’ll start!

11.01.2022 Try to erase this from your memory ...

10.01.2022 The one in the vertical stripes is mine! Who’s yours?

10.01.2022 Does this look familiar?

09.01.2022 Would you exercise so ... vigorously ... wearing a suit?

08.01.2022 Just as well we don't have to wear masks in our Zoom classes!

07.01.2022 Sunday dancing fun!

07.01.2022 Getting that ‘peachy behind’ is for everyone!

04.01.2022 Can I have a bit of rib thrust with that?

03.01.2022 Stretchtone: NEW Tuesday 6.30pm Zoom class - https://mailchi.mp//stretchtone-new-tuesday-630pm-zoom-cla

02.01.2022 I've finished this morning's class and am now practising some dance routines with my besties. I think I heard PPE and NHS but that's about it. Could anyone tell me what some of the other lines are?

02.01.2022 I vont to be alone ...

01.01.2022 Are you terrified of Zoom? Please don’t be! I can help if needed. ... I put myself in the category of technology for the terrified. Well through practice and putting in effort to go onto it I now feel much more at ease with using it though I still have my ‘what’s happened here?’ moments when I don’t get it right! ... I have embraced my fear of technology. This I do know is incremental steps but movement rather than stationary.
