25.01.2022 Yesterday I worked out with all the staff at our hotel, every Thursday all the staff do Zumba, play volleyball ball & table tennis. The guests are invited to join in. I was the only guest doing Zumba and I had the best time ever! It was awesome seeing all the men join in, everyone was laughing and having a great time. I can't wait to get classes started again! I forgot how happy moving & music can make you feel Miss you all xx

22.01.2022 Finding songs for class has always been one of my favourite things to do, I pick the music to suit the intensity of the tracks. After hearing Avicci passed away yesterday we listened to all of his songs on spotify. I was so sad when I realized just how many tracks we have done to his songs and he has been there right from the start. RIP Avicci ... Tomorrow night we will have an Avicci tribute 6pm Dance Divine

My husband has started his own business Tremabbios Treats and I will be helping out and focussing on my Hairdressing and can no longer do it all.
