13.01.2022 Maybe it's just me, but when yoga videos are sped up to triple the speed it reminds me of an Old Timey Film. No words, but a story line narrated through exaggerated facial expressions and expressive piano music! So, here's my take on an old timey film starring myself having a play and finally succeeding in a firey yoga sequence. :) (Firefly - Crow - Headstand - Crow)...
