21.01.2022 Full blood Wagyu steer @ 962kgs live weight. Home kill, hung in the cool room for 9 days and is now cut packed and in the freezer. Oh, except for a couple of steaks left out to try tonight.

12.01.2022 Happened to do a bit more silage the other day to keep the Wagyu happy. 142 4x4 bales off the first 10 acres and an average of around 8 bales per acre. Not too bad for a below average Spring.

09.01.2022 Had 300 Wagyu weaners on this paddock seven weeks ago and then 100kgs per hectare of urea 5 weeks ago. 5cm high then to this now with a bit of rain at the right time.

06.01.2022 Just wanted to let everyone know that Moyhu Wagyu is still owned and run by the same people who have been here for the last 25 years. I have heard from several people asking me about the new owners but there are no new owners so everything is still the same and we still have bulls for sale as usual. Lots of registered bulls for sale sired buy Michifuku, Westholme 001, Yukiharunami TF4, Mitsuhikokura 43 as well as other sires.
