20.01.2022 Progress photos on a job in Dimboola. We are doing a partial restump of the house, along with a full relevel of the building. There are also bearers and joists of the house that have dry rotted out and so we are replacing them.

16.01.2022 This is from water seeping inside the concrete, causing the reinforced mesh inside to rust and then swelling the concrete to crack. That's what concrete cancer is for these kinds of stumps. That's why we prefer to use cypress pine stumps in the Wimmera as they are cheaper and easier to replace in the future, along with it being a reliable material.
