25.01.2022 ROUGH IN || After successful framing, the next stage is roofing and lock up which allows the electricians and plumbers to carry out their "rough ins" A rough in is when all wiring and plumbing have been run through framing. 23.01.2022 LOCK UP || Lock up allows external cladding to protect the internal space after the electricians and plumbers have completed their rough ins. 19.01.2022 LAUNDRY || Our Norman Park couple are very happy with how this laundry finished up. Laundry's can often be overlooked for the other parts of the house. However, with good planning and design, they too can be beautiful. In this case at our Norman Park raise and build under, these Leconic Contra pendant lights from @beaconlighting beautifully accentuate the other geometric shapes within the house. The combination of the thin black frames and soft warm lighting throw subtle shadows across the VJ panelling, clean ceiling and open living room. 10.01.2022 BATHROOMS ||.Boom! How good does this bathroom look?!! I am particularly proud of this bathroom given some boring technical aspects we had to overcome. However, after working with our Norman Park couple, who had a clear idea from a design standpoint, I think it worked out magnificently. Functional for bathing children with an easy to clean space.
