04.01.2022 RUOK is an important initiative that aims as a suicide prevention charity to start life-changing conversations. It is important to create a more connected world, so if you have a feeling that someone you know or care about is not behaving as they normally would, trust that gut instinct and act on it. By starting a conversation and commenting on the changes youve noticed, you could help that family member, friend or workmate open up. At least that way that person will know youre someone who cares enough to ask.
