For Farm Manager, Jarrod McKay, the benefits of new facilities mean significant gains throughout the operation. 01.01.2022 The redevelopment of Dalby Regional Saleyards was completed over a number of stages and includes custom designed automated drafting infrastructure which can handle 180-300 head per hour. The upgraded sale facility now boasts 680 pens and capacity for about 8000 head of cattle. These upgrades allow livestock handlers to work in a safer environment, while offering significant efficiency and profitability gains for the operation.
