23.01.2022 Did you know that the Macedon Ranges area is covered by two Primary Health Networks?? The North West Melbourne PHN and the Murray PHN. The Murray PHN includes the Northern part of our Shire Malmsbury, Kyneton and down to Woodend. Here is a great free online forum that you might be interested in attending!

17.01.2022 We would like to add our Congratulations to Pauline Neil tonight. Many of you may not be aware that Pauline was the driver in the establishment of MRSPAG back in 2013/14. Recognising that for anything to change for Macedon Ranges required the local service system and lived experience to sit shoulder to shoulder and create annual plans of action to prevent suicide here in Macedon Ranges. ... It's been a tricky year for us as a group - we have definitely been impacted by Covid and some decisions that have been out of our control. Seeing this news tonight - well - a bit of good news is a great thing! Congrats Pauline.

We sometimes come to the idea of self-care like it's a bit selfish or self indulgent - we hope that we might have been able to reframe this kind of thinking a little across this week.
