The little Kanga mini-loader can squeeze through just over 1050mm wide openings, and in conjunction with a skilled operator has today prepared this upcoming 'B&B' cottage in Ferntree for sub-floor framework. Happy customers are the #1 priority and todays job has satisfied, saved time, money, and some hellish backbreaking work!

21.01.2022 180 metres of 1.8 high 'Accacia' roll top weld mesh fence. Panels fitted to 50mm posts, and bottom of panels placed into a trench to prevent dogs digging under. Personal access gate, and single vehicle access gate. 23 hours to construct.

21.01.2022 Some exposed aggregate concrete and sandstone block wall as part of stage 1 of a transformation in Mt Nelson. Currently working on sourcing more sandstone and rock for stage 2, and attempting to grow lawn under a germination blanket (winters in Mt Nelson are proving to be somewhat difficult...)

Her rental property was requiring a fenced section to contain tennants small dogs, so without too much interruption to driveway width and access, this bifold and single gate assembly that i built were the answer. An addition to the services previously offered is the Kanga mini-loader hire (with operator). Limited access 1050mm wide Kanga loader with a range of attachments, skilled operator and good rates. Currently have a range of augers, forklift, 4 foot stick rake, smooth edge bucket, 4in1 bucket, rota...ry hoe. More attachments to come very soon! Available also for builders site cleans, basic final-trim to full premium landscaping solutions, slab/driveway/path prep, turf installation, fencing and more. Comes along with 10x5 tipper trailer with 2.5t payload. truck to come soon..... Unfortunately I am normally too busy getting stuck into the task-at-hand to be playing around with my mobile phone, so I have no photos of the machine at work as yet but I will do my best to remember to get some 'before & after' shots ASAP! 07.01.2022 Bit of work in progress, deck extension (well, in fact theres only about 6 pieces of framing timber left out of the original deck) and steps down to what will be a level back yard. Bottom step will be flush with turf, and garden edging, drains, some lowline walls and a clothes line somewhere Concrete mess is also coming out, I am working with the client to turn the concrete jungle into a suburban oasis!

03.01.2022 Some retaining walls, raised garden beds, paths, decks and seating with steps, and a fence repair from storm damage I have been working on. Was a blank canvass, the clients had the idea and I made it a reality for them. Some more additions to this job to come, stay tuned!
