07.01.2022 An African man's meal. Lol. Dont judge me. My dad asked for huhu kpe posio. Aka steamed vegetables. So I made silverbeat and mushroom mixed in peanutbutter and spices. Steamed in aluminum foil (dont have banana leaves) . Side sweet potatoes. And smoked fish cooked in palm oil. Love African food.
