07.01.2022 Well, here's cheers to the end of yet another lockdown! Whilst lockdown #456 wasn't the ideal way to kick off winter, (seriously, how can 7 days feel like 30 when in lockdown, but the reverse is true when you are on holidays?!) we are relieved that travel and 'stay at home' restrictions have been eased for those of us in regional Victoria. A big thank you to our very loyal locals who continued to support the taxi during this latest lockdown. Where would we be without you...?! At this stage, the taxi's operating hours remain unchanged, Monday to Friday 9am to 2pm until further notice. When travelling with us, please wear a mask and check in using the QR code onboard. To our friends, family and customers in Melbourne, it's hard to know what to say...... Stay well, stay safe and look after one another. 01.01.2022 Well folks, here we go again....... Maybe the 4th time is the charm?! In light of yesterday's announcement and the impact of 'stay at home' orders, we have made changes (again) to our service and operating hours. ... As an essential service, we will continue to provide our community with a taxi service during this latest lockdown, albeit with reduced hours. From today, Friday 28th May, we will be operating Mon-Friday 9am to 2pm for permitted travel. We are happy to accommodate any travel requests outside these hours with prior arrangement. If you have any orders ready at Foodworks, parcels at the Post Office or scripts at the Pharmacy to be collected and delivered, just give us a call. Our contracted Vline service and packaged care health transport remains unchanged and we are still taking private transfer bookings for winter 2021. The safety and wellbeing of our customers, drivers and our wider community, remains our top priority. Please continue to wear a mask when travelling with us (no matter how short the trip!) and check in using the QR code onboard. Thanks so much for your support everyone, it means a lot!
