24.01.2022 Hello All, After the success of our first breast cancer fundraiser PINK STUMPS DAY last year, MTC Cricket is looking to make the day bigger and better. The day wont be for a while yet, but being prepared early is going to be key to have a successful day. To do this we are looking for volunteers to be part of a committee to share the work load. If you feel you have something positive to add to the day, whether it be a service to donate, contacts who maybe helpful or would j...ust like to be part of it, please make yourself known. 24.01.2022 MTC Cricket is seeking expressions of interest for GIRLS ONLY cricket classes. We have a few girls on our LITTLE CRICKETS course and they LOVE IT! Would this be of interest to you? Let us know below!

24.01.2022 Due to very high levels of interest for our LITTLE CRICKETS course, we are looking for another coach to join the team. Saturday mornings, 8am to 9am, 28th September to the 14th December (12 weeks). Opportunities for more coaching work once the season kicks off also. Contact Matt for more details.

10.01.2022 CALLING ALL 7 to 11 YEAR OLDS! FREE TRIAL ALERT! A number of drop outs this week in the DEVELOPMENT ACADEMY means that we would love to have a few more sign ups. The development academy is focusing on getting kids, aged 7 to 11 ready for Hardball cricket, focussing on the basics of the game, and introducing new techniques. The class this Sunday is going to be a FREE TRIAL session, for anyone who wants to have a go. All you need to do is contact Matt to book your place.

04.01.2022 Massive thank you to everyone who came along and supported our Breakfast BBQ yesterday morning! The Sea of Pink at Wallace Park was great to see. Big shout out to the lads at Lake View Cricket club for cooking the BBQ and to Jackson Brown for supplying the food. It's much appreciated. The grand total for the fundraiser is still a little unclear as we are just collecting some last minute donations, but is looking like it will be around $1300, we are very proud of the effort of everyone involved and look forward to building on it every year! If anyone has any pictures from the BBQ I would love to see them all. Thanks everyone!

We're going to have a bring a friend day to our LITTLE CRICKETS course in the morning, more info on that will be coming soon. There will also be a BBQ breakfast at Wallace park. 31.12.2021 MTC CRICKET is excited to introduce our first SKILLS MASTERCLASS! Designed for players aged 9-14, who are looking to develop on the basics of the game, to enable them to become more effective cricketers. Contact Matt for more information.
