21.01.2022 Covid-19 update: So far its business as usual for us at Mt Eliza Natural Therapies. We will keep you updated if anything changes.... Appointments: Skype, email and phone consults are available for anyone that lives interstate or would prefer not to attend our clinic or is unwell. If you suspect you’re unwell and contagious please call the clinic to discuss the best option for your collection or products or your appointment. We have been inundated with enquires on how people and their families can improve or support their immune system. WHO World Health Organisation recommends you should: - Regularly wash your hands with an alcohol based rub and or wash your hands with soapy water. - Maintain social distance of 1.5 metres from someone that is coughing or sneezing. - Avoid touching your nose, eyes and mouth. Covering your mouth and nose with a bent elbow or tissue when you sneeze or cough and dispose of any tissues. - Stay at home if feeling unwell such as fever, sore throats and difficulty breathing. - Call your health professional in advance to allow them to direct you to the best place. Tips for the immune system: - Ensure you eat a well balance diet including lots of fruits, vegetables and salads - Get plenty of rest and sleep - Limit alcohol - Limit stress where possible - Regular exercise Many of our patients have enquired about taking herbs, nutrients and supplements to help improve their immunity. We will confirm any details of the prescription with you via phone or email. We are happy to post out (express postage of $17) or have an in clinic collection service, we can also arrange a non contact pick up service. 01.01.2022 We have the balloons up and we are ready to have you all in the clinic! We are excited to be back to face to face appointments. I would like to say thank you to everyone that has supported our business during this time. Although telehealth appointments are not ideal, postage was a bit unpredictable the one thing that we proved is that we can all adapt to still receive naturopathic care. The sun is shining today so I encourage everyone to step outside and do something you haven’t done for the last 12 weeks!! Love Kate
