17.01.2022 Calling all Shareholders As we are holding our Annual General Meeting remotely this year, we are encouraging our shareholders to vote by proxy before the meeting... You can appoint your proxy via the AFS online share registry or complete and return the hard copy form that came with your Annual Report.... To vote online go to https://www.registrydirect.com.au/login/ If you have not yet set up your account, there is still time. Click on Meetings on the left-hand menu. A red dot above the Votes menu item indicates that you have pending Votes to cast. From the Votes page, Open meetings that require your vote will also display a red dot. The number of pending votes is determined by the number of resolutions in the meeting. Click the Vote button to see details of the meeting. Use the checkbox to assign the Chairman as the proxy or assign a new proxy by providing the New proxy’s name or role, their mobile number and their email.
