25.01.2022 HAPPY FIRST BIRTHDAY TO ME!! This Wednesday 30th marked a year since the first PwA session in the park - and since then weve come such a long way together & so much has happened! Not only has this business of mine grown, but Ive also married the man of my dreams & built a home with him. The time has flown, and I am so grateful for every single one of you joining me on this journey together ... There are so many exciting things on the horizon, the first of those being online Pilates videos so you can workout wherever you are in the world Watch this space! An extra special thank you to fifirochet for all of our amazing shoots together, if you think youre getting rid of me anytime soon you are sorely mistaken! And of course to my number one, Isaac, for supporting & encouraging when times were tough & looking bleak. And cheering me on through all the wins. I dont know what Id do without you. 25.01.2022 Swan prep is a tough move for people to wrap their head around... you've got to absolutely trust that you will catch yourself at the bottom. And it's surprising how many people don't trust themselves. Even if you didn't catch yourself - what's the worst that will happen? You'll land - you'll push yourself back up & you'll go again. I think we could all do with having a little more faith in our abilities; but also remembering that even if we 'fail' it's no...t the end of the world. 20.01.2022 Guys & gals I was going to donate 50% of proceeds from both the 6am and 7am classes on Saturday 18th but the heartbreak is too much - I will now be donating 100% of all proceeds from the sessions. Please come & get a sesh in while putting your money to such a damn worthy cause. All proceeds will be donated to Wires Wildlife Rescue.

03.01.2022 Meet our lemon tree. This year we've made a bit of a commitment to our lemon tree and his fellow tree buddies (aka the environment), to not only plant more trees and have more trees throughout the house, but also to commit to picking up rubbish when we see it (rather than just stepping over it), and having a little designated 'emu walk' (tell me somebody else remembers these from school?!) as often as we can around our area. 03.01.2022 Being alone is not only simply amazing; it's absolutely necessary! I used to hate it so much. I'd get bored, restless and feel so lonely. But I eventually realised that being alone was abso-freaking-lutely a gift (it was probably around the time that I went from sharing a house with 4 other people to living by myself)! If you find yourself not loving time alone, ask yourself why and really dive into it. What makes you feel scared/insecure/unsafe/lonely? ...And is there a way you can turn that feeling around? For example, if you don't like being alone because you feel lonely. Why not listen to a podcast while in the bath or taking a walk? This little bit of connection to whoever is speaking (my choice would definitely be @jennakutcher) will keep you grounded and remind you you're not in fact the only person on the planet after all and will keep you from going back to those kinds of thoughts. What's your favourite thing to do when you get the house to yourself? I like to catch up on all the shows that Isaac can't stand watching on Netflix! As a defence wife you kinda just have to get used to being alone at times, whether you like it or not! See more
