18.01.2022 As some of you may know, our very own Tye West was involved in an horrific accident alongside his beautiful girlfriend which claimed the life of their beautiful friend. Tye suffered serious injuries in result of needing ongoing day to day care, specialist appointments, home modifications etc, Tye is also no longer able to do what he loved, play sport, possibly his career path is also at stake. With financial stress hanging over Tye and his families heads at this time of grie...f and adapting to change and everything that’s to come with this new chapter we are asking for support to ease the final strain! 15.01.2022 Mt Warrigal Kooris RLFC are helping to raise funds to help Stephen Ellis $1000 club - $20 per ticket - $1000 for the winner and $1000 for Stevie. Stephen Ellis ...is a skateboarder, motivational speaker, father of 3 and an incredibly inspiring person. Stephen was born with a disability which changed his life by inevitably having his two legs amputated from the knees down. Steve receives very little money from government compensation and needs to buy a car within 3 years old, for the government to fund disability modification/controls on the car so it is fit for him to drive. Stephen needs this car so that he can have more opportunities for seaking and gaining access to employment, attend regular appointments and of course supporting his 3 children. Any money you can provide will help Steve be closer to achieving his goals in life and being there for his children. See more

13.01.2022 YOU GUYS ARE PAWSOME We wanted to make a huge shout out the MOUNT WARRIGAL KOORIES 3rd grade club for donating $50 toward the BFFE charity and jumping on... board and supporting the cause for paws THANK YOU MOUNT WARRIGAL KOORIES We have decided to extend our ability to accept donations until the end of the season for the Best Friends For Ever Illawarra Animal Rescue. So if you can, we are kindly requesting if any business or individual could donate $50 each to the cause that would absolutely PAWESOME It’s not a large amount of money and it’s going to a struggling charity, and every club that donates we will do a shout out recognising their generosity.
