(John 13:34) Join us on Sunday as we rejoice in the love of Christ for us, the one who by his death and resurrection has opened the way for us to come to the Father, because he is the truth and the life. And in his Fathers house there are many rooms.

23.01.2022 Jesus said, "I know where you live - where Satan has his throne...To the one who is victorious, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give that person a white stone with a new name written on it..." Join us on Sunday as we hear this word of warning and reflect on what it means to treasure Christ above all the idols of this world (Revelation 2:12-17).

22.01.2022 The angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people." (Luke 2) Join us on Sunday as we reflect on the joy we have in the one who came to be with us on that first Christmas, and what it means for us to have the mission of alerting those around us to his reign, being a community of faith, love and hope that is a foretaste of what life in his kingdom will be like in the world-to-come.
22.01.2022 Jesus said, "Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater works than these, because I am going to the Father." Join us on Sunday as we see the difference it makes to have a life empowered by the Spirit of the one who is the way, the truth and the life (John 14:5-31).
21.01.2022 With the new restrictions on church gatherings we will not be meeting together on Sunday mornings. Our plan for the moment is to partner with Thornleigh Baptist, who are providing resources that we can work through at home (https://www.tcbc.org.au/church-online/). Pray that we will be able to use the time we have during this shutdown to devote ourselves to loving God and loving one another, showing the world the difference it makes when we have Jesus as our Lord, our Saviour and our deepest treasure.

21.01.2022 The words of Jesus to the church in Sardis: "I know your deeds; you have a reputation of being alive, but you are dead." Join us on Sunday as we hear the words of the one who alone is truly worthy, and calls us not to put on a fake mask but to be people who genuinely follow him (Revelation 3:1-6).
20.01.2022 In light of the latest government advice on COVID-19, we will be taking lots of precautions for our gathering tomorrow, going above and beyond all the current requirements. The most important thing for us to remember at the moment is that we can trust in the sovereign God who loves us, and calls us to love one another, both within our church family and in our broader community. So lets take great care in everything we are doing at the moment, and find practical ways to help support those who are most vulnerable. And as we face the darkness, know that there is an abiding joy that we can find in the one who made himself known to us and said to his disciples: "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33)
18.01.2022 Jesus said, "And I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all people to myself." Join us on Sunday as we see how God is glorified in the cross, and calls us to shine forth with the light of his love (John 12:27-50).

17.01.2022 Join us on Sunday as we come to the cross and see the depth of Jesus love for us - the king of all power and glory who became weak and lowly, and gave his life so that we may have life in him (John 19:16b-30).
16.01.2022 Jesus comes as the king, but his kingdom is not of this world. Join us on Sunday as we see Jesus approaching the cross (John 18:28-19:16a). And for the first time in ages, were all together again for a 10am service. No need register. All welcome - hope to see you then!
16.01.2022 Jesus commends the church in Ephesus for guarding against false teachers, but criticises it for having forsaken the love it had at first and calls it to be a lampstand that will shine with the light of the gospel (Revelation 2:1-7). Join us on Sunday as we hear the message that Jesus has for his church, that we too may eat from the tree of life that is in the paradise of God.

12.01.2022 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as though dead. Then he placed his right hand on me and said, "Do not be afraid. I am the First and the Last. I am the Living One; I was dead and now look, I am alive for ever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and Hades." Join us on Sunday as we hear of the vision that brought the apostle John to his knees in awe of the majesty of the risen Lord (Revelation 1:9-20).
12.01.2022 Jesus said to Thomas, "Because you have seen me, you have believed; blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." Join us on Sunday as we see the difference it makes to know that Jesus has risen and now he calls us to follow him (John 20:11-31).
10.01.2022 The Premier has recommended that people at churches and other similar places start wearing masks (though it is not yet a mandatory requirement). We would encourage people to bring their own mask if they have one, though we will also have masks available at the door (thanks to the Mudgee Friendly Pharmacy who provided us with a supply for a very discounted rate). Lets use our freedom to choose to wear masks for the sake of caring for one another, so we can all both be safe and feel safe
10.01.2022 It was early in the morning. Jesus cooks some fish for breakfast with his disciples. He walks along the beach with Peter and calls for him to feed his sheep. Join us on Sunday as we come to end of the Gospel of John.
